📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 2 and 3 support for Windows servers and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues for our clients.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on our network and server infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Work with our clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Provide training and support to junior IT staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Windows servers and network infrastructure.
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other related technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, Nagios, or Zabbix.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
