📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial health of Jhonlin Group's operations in Tanah Bumbu, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, providing financial guidance to support business decisions.
• Consolidate financial data from various business units, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and controls, leveraging tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control and consolidation, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards, with experience in multi-currency and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle financial software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
