📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register
• Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable)
