📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the distribution of consumer products to retailers and end-users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the sales team and management on market performance and sales activities.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and network with potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
