🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, data collection, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using data collection tools such as Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, or similar.
• Familiarity with financial services and products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
