📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, motivation, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
