📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Drive product sales by promoting and upselling coating solutions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with coating solutions and related products.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
