📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations at construction project sites, including site preparation, equipment setup, and material delivery.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.,Maintain accurate records of site activities, including inventory, equipment usage, and safety compliance.,Manage and supervise site personnel, including workers, contractors, and subcontractors.,Handle site logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and communication with local vendors.,Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial targets.,Prepare and submit regular reports on site progress, issues, and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and experience with site vehicles.,Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in Bali.,Experience with project management software is a plus.
