📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide accurate and compassionate patient care through tele-triage and emergency services.
• Manage and respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tele-triage protocols and emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety, respect, and professionalism within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient service, tele-triage, or emergency services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid certification in CPR and first aid (preferred).
