📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage and optimize the company's cash flow and liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in a multinational or international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software is a plus.
