📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide expert advice and guidance to athletes on career development, performance enhancement, and injury prevention.Work closely with coaches, trainers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive athlete development plans.Monitor and evaluate athlete performance, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.Assist in the recruitment and selection of new athletes, ensuring a high standard of talent acquisition.Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote athletes and the company.Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts, including sponsors, media, and other stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sports management and athlete development.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional development opportunities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports management, athlete development, or a related field.Proven track record of success in athlete development and career management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong strategic and analytical skills.Knowledge of sports marketing and promotion.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
