The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, requiring a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for retail management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and train outlet staff to meet performance targets.,Monitor and maintain outlet cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.,Collaborate with the head office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
