📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations to management.,Maintain a strong understanding of the labor market and industry trends to identify potential talent pools.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successful and integrated into the team.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
