📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.,Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement best practices to maintain a safe and sustainable workplace.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project services.,Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on IFS (Integrated Facilities Services).,Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects in a complex and dynamic environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
