📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure efficient and effective production processes.,Monitor and evaluate production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and mentor the production team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.,Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of production orders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and ensure smooth workflow between departments.,Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the production team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Experience in managing and leading a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
