Bit Gold Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing and retaining top talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation of HR strategies and policies to support business objectives.,Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support.,Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
