📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and compliance with local regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using restaurant management software.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
