📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Oversee the ordering, inventory, and stock management processes.
  • Train and develop new staff to ensure they meet the company's standards and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with coffee and beverage industry best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
