As a Government Affairs Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to proactively manage regulatory risks, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement regulatory and compliance strategies to ensure adherence to Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Engage with government agencies, including the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Transportation, and local regulatory bodies, to advocate for industry interests and promote the growth of the automotive sector.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and other relevant organizations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Represent Changan Automobile at industry events, conferences, and government forums to promote our brand and engage with key stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis on regulatory trends, impacts, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in government affairs and regulatory compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Government Affairs, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government affairs, regulatory compliance, or a related field, with a focus on the Indonesian market.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and policies, particularly those related to the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other industry-standard platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively.
