📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.,Support the kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in training new kitchen staff and ensuring they follow proper procedures.,Participate in menu planning and cost control activities.,Ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.,Handle any food-related emergencies or issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
