📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Barista in preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Stock and manage coffee supplies and ingredients.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.,Assist in training new staff members.,Participate in coffee tastings and quality control activities.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
