📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded through effective sales strategies and promotions.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Coordinate with the store manager to ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive store growth.,Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record in sales and customer service.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
