• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the FMCG or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
