The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales and inventory, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Participate in franchise-wide initiatives and training programs.,Represent the brand at local events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food or franchise industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus.
