As an Assistant Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our procurement activities. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure that our procurement processes are efficient and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.
  • Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.
  • Support the procurement team in managing inventory and stock levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support the procurement team in managing procurement contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement training programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
