📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on store equipment, including refrigeration units, POS systems, and lighting.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of store facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement store improvements and upgrades.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent major breakdowns.
- Work with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mall or retail engineering.
- Proven experience with refrigeration systems and HVAC units.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
