• Teach and mentor students in physiotherapy courses, ensuring high-quality education and learning outcomes.
• Design and update curricula to align with industry standards and best practices in physiotherapy.
• Conduct research and publish findings in reputable journals to contribute to the advancement of physiotherapy knowledge.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to support their academic and professional growth.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of physiotherapy services in the region.
• Participate in various university committees and activities to support the overall development of the university.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy and incorporate relevant knowledge into teaching and research.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to students in their practical training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field, preferably with a research focus.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution.
• Certification in physiotherapy from a recognized professional body.
• Experience in conducting research and publishing findings in reputable journals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using relevant educational software and tools, such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
