As an HSE Supervisor Officer, you'll be responsible for overseeing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with national and international health and safety standards. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement and enforce safety measures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive safety management systems, including safety manuals and work permits.
• Train and supervise project teams on safety best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Ensure compliance with national and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and submit regular safety reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Professional.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, including ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and relevant local laws.
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and equipment.
