📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems and warehouse management software to streamline operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate and manage supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the flour milling industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
