🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit management, collections, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit and collections processes, including debt recovery techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
