📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients in their homes, focusing on pain management and symptom control.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate and safe administration.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on pain management techniques and self-care strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided in the electronic health record.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in palliative care or home healthcare.
• Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience with electronic health record systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare systems and cultural nuances.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
